Dear Members,

As the masterclass that happened yesterday got fully booked in mere minutes, we thought it would be best to come back to you with more than one event in the month, to ensure that more of you could come to our small gatherings.

For February, we have one special guest shift from a friend of ours as well as not one but two masterclasses - to make sure more of you come and enjoy themselves! As usual, all members are welcome with one guest on a first booked first served basis.

Tuesday the 13th of February, Milk and Honey will have the pleasure of welcoming Jimmy Torres in the Basement Bar. Ex-bartender from the Soda and the Monkey Club in Lyon, France, Best Barman Apprentice for France in 2014 and now running for the South-Europe Bacardi Legacy 2018 finals, Jimmy will showcase his drink "L’Aristocrate" along with a couple more rum-based drinks made with Bacardi rum. All his drinks will be £8 on the evening.

On Wednesday the 21st of February, please join us for an informative talk with Sam Kershaw, UK Brand Ambassador for Wild Turkey Bourbon on the rise, fall and rebirth of the all-American cocktail. From Julep and Old Fashioned through to the modern day. You will be welcomed with a Wild Turkey highball before the commencement of the talk. Would you wish to stay awhile afterwards, Sam will take to the bar with a strong menu designed especially for the evening until 11pm - drinks will be £8 on that night too.

A week later, on Tuesday the 27th of February we will have the pleasure of welcoming Fair Spirits - an independent spirits brand, dedicated to high quality products that are sourced ethically and sustainably. This will also be the start of Fair-Trade Fortnight 2018 - a fundraising to help the fair-trade foundation reducing poverty around the world. Monsieur Paul, global brand ambassador who has been building the FAIR. brand around the world for the past 8 years, will be talking about their brands and their vision. He will push the boundaries in a very saturated industry by spreading a more conscious and sustainable word. Obviously with a drink in hand.

We hope to see you there, pleases book by calling us on 0207 065 6800 or by emailing bookings@rshmr.com . You are obviously all welcome to enjoy our regular menu at any time - the cocktail proposition as well as the wine and beer will change very soon, and we have already updated the food menu.

All the best,
Pierre and the Milk and Honey team.
